2006E350 not getting fuel. Jump to Latest Follow that said if the fuel injection system is too dirty that the car won't send a signal to the fuel pump, so I bout an OTC fuel injection cleaning system and am going to try that out when the adapter comes in. Not sure of the electrical issues but you appear to be throwing parts at the issue.
CodeP0230 is triggered by low voltage in the main power circuit of the fuel pump relay. The ECM monitors this voltage to see if it falls below a specified voltage. If codes P0231 or P0232 are present, then follow the pinpoint tests for these codes first to narrow down the failure on the secondary side of the fuel pump circuit.
Step1 - Disconnect battery Disconnect battery before commencing any work. Start by disconnecting the negative (black) terminal first, then the positive (red) second. Figure 1. Disconnect the negative

Lincolnshire Your Mercedes. C Class 350CDI 2012. Jan 14, 2015. #7. Terminal 87 relay is in the front sam. But this is the output to the relay and not a relay fault. It is probably just that the relay was slow to switch or be switched by the cdi. If you are not having problem starting then I would not worry too much.

If it had a fuel leak (air getting in) the constant supply pressure would show a leak from a line, joint or otherwise.. quinnj3 said:
Ihave a 2006 Mercedes E350 4matic that cranks will not start. I replaced the fuel pump relay (kA in the trunk near the navi drive) and had no luck. I've been discovered that fuse number F43 a 15 amp fuse was blown under the hood. I replace the fuse in went back to start the car, and the car still cranked but did not start.
2009– 2014 model years of the Ford F-150 have problems with an overheating fuel pump fuse which needs to be relocated. 2018 model year had issues with misaligned welds of the high-pressure fuel pump, causing oil and fuel leaks. Additional issues include engine sputtering at high speed, power loss, or failure to start, among other.
Makesure the fuel tank is down to less than 1/2 a tank. Once the lines are out of the way and the ring is off then lift the pump and out. Remember the less fuel in the tank the less dripping of fuel will happen. Please pay close attention to the orientation of the way the old pump comes out. There are reference marks for the new one.
